The rich Faith of the people of Burke and Chateaugay lies in the history of the men and women who heard the Lord’s call and came from foreign lands to enrich the North Country.  Through the generations that rich Faith has been handed on to those who would listen and act upon it.

     What has impressed me the most is the willingness of the people of these communities to strongly support the Lord’s work.  Although we lack in clergy and religious to meet all the needs we have the spirit of the people and their willingness to step in and help “Sustain Our Faith and Secure Our Future”.  This is a true reflection of the Faith that was planted here in the wilderness of the North Country so long ago.
